Returns and Refunds Policy

Welcome to Galaxy Auto Parts, your trusted source for both new and used auto parts. We prioritize your satisfaction and are dedicated to providing high-quality parts for your vehicle. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please carefully read our updated Returns and Refunds Policy.

Return Period
  • New Auto Parts: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Used Auto Parts: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Returns
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Failure to do so may result in a 20% restocking fee or refusal of the return.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Process for Returns
  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your return request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  • Shipping Returns: Pack the item securely and include the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the item using a traceable shipping method. Shipping costs for returns, including those due to customer mistakes, are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Receiving and Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will undergo an inspection to verify their condition and authenticity.
  • Processing Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. A 20% restocking fee applies if the return is due to a customer mistake. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special-order items.

    • Items that have been installed, used, or not in their original condition.
    • Items returned without a valid RAN.


    If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you along with instructions for returning the incorrect or defective item.
